⏰ Shift Hours: Between 8AM – 8PM
We’re looking for customer-oriented applicants to join our Call Centre / Helpline Team!
Requirements:
✅ Nitec or above
✅ Minimum 2 years' customer service experience
✅ Basic computer skills
✅ Able to work weekends & PH based on roster
⭐ Call centre / law enforcement experience is an added advantage
Your role:

Assist with customer enquiries
Record feedback & complaints accurately
